        Responsibilities:<\/span>
        <\/p>

        
        <\/div>

        • Build and own <\/span>scalable, high\-performance frontend applications<\/span>.<\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Ensure <\/span>technical feasibility of UI\/UX designs<\/span> and cross\-browser compatibility.<\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Act as Project Leader and collaborate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to deliver <\/span>enterprise\-grade web solutions<\/span>.<\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Maintaining code standards and code quality in the project <\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Mentor junior engineers through reviews and technical guidance.<\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Work closely with UX designers, PMs and backend teams; experience with <\/span>Figma or AI design tools<\/span> is a plus.<\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Determine tech tasks from Product requirements<\/span>

          Requirements<\/span>
          <\/h3>

          • Strong experience with <\/span>JavaScript(ES6), 1 framework Zustand\/Redux, Web vitals  and performance<\/span>
            <\/p><\/li>

          • Knowledge of GraphQL is a plus<\/span>
            <\/p><\/li>

          • Maintain in house component library<\/span>
            <\/p><\/li>

          • 5+ years<\/span> of experience building production\-grade web applications.<\/span>
            <\/p><\/li>

          • Experience designing and architecting <\/span>enterprise web apps<\/span>.<\/span>
            <\/p><\/li>

          • Good understanding of <\/span>Agile practices<\/span>, performance optimisation, API integrations, and code quality.<\/span>
            <\/p><\/li>

          • Strong ownership mindset with excellent communication skills.<\/span>
            <\/p><\/li> <\/ul>
