Job Description

C2’s client, a trailblazer in signage and 3D design solutions, is looking for a part-time Illustrator to tackle a diverse range of signage and 3D design projects. This flexible, remote role is perfect for a creative pro seeking consistent hours with the freedom to work asynchronously. You’ll be valued for your accuracy and ownership, working closely with a passionate team driven by collaboration and growth.

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Direct hire, part-time (consistent schedule required)
Location: Remote
Compensation: $35-$40/hour
Benefits: All C2 talent working 30+ hours/week for 30 days are eligible for medical, dental, optional vision, life insurance, and PTO accrual. 401(k) with match is available after 90 days
Technology: A PC and software is provided

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality illustrations for signage, exhibition halls, and large-scale print projects
• Work directly with the Design Director and team, contributing to meetings, reviews, and project check-ins
• Present ideas and receive client feedback in a virtual setting (Teams)
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables
• Manage your schedule independently, balancing ownership with collaborative touchpoints

Qualifications

Required:

• 5+ years of illustration/design experience, with preference for print, signage, or exhibition work
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; working knowledge of Photoshop a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with client interaction experience
• Dependable, ambitious, self-motivated, and thrives in a remote environment
• Not a perfectionist, but always reliably accurate and detail-focused

• Exposure to 3D/exhibition design environments
• Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or creative services settings
