Project Scope:<\/span><\/b>
The SAP Developer \/ Global Support Manager will lead and coordinate technical upgrades and releases across multiple business units within the STO environment. This role ensures seamless integration, testing, and deployment of systems by managing project schedules, resources, and cross\-team communication to deliver stable and timely releases.<\/span><\/p>

Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

• Manage and oversee all IT projects within the STO environment.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Plan, coordinate, and track release activities from development to production.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Facilitate release scope, change management, and implementation readiness.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Monitor project timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure on\-time delivery.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Develop and maintain resource and capacity planning models.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Communicate release status, issues, and updates to stakeholders.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Collaborate with business, technical, and infrastructure teams to ensure release stability and quality.<\/span>
  <\/li> <\/ul>

  Required Skills:<\/span><\/b>
  <\/p>

  ·        <\/span><\/span><\/span>10+ years of experience with project management tools, methods, and best practices, particularly those defined by the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).<\/span>
  <\/p>

  ·        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Deep knowledge of program management, portfolio management methodologies and tools.<\/span>
  <\/p>

  ·        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Demonstrated technical knowledge and familiarity with IT systems and processes.<\/span>
  <\/p>

   <\/span>
  <\/p>

  Preferred Skills:<\/span><\/b>
  <\/p>

  ·        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Knowledge of financial environments (banking, investing, debt – some treasury)<\/span>
  <\/p>

  ·        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Knowledge of SAP<\/span>
  <\/p>

  ·        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Proven experience in managing diverse, cross\-functional teams across global or remote settings.<\/span>
