Key Responsibilities
Manage and update billing records, invoices, and financial reports.
Perform data entry, file organization, and document management.
Respond to client and customer emails professionally and promptly.
Support publishing operations, including coordination of materials and timelines.
Assist with email marketing tasks such as list updates and campaign preparation.
Handle basic graphic design work for book layouts, promotional materials, and digital
assets (training and resources provided).
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and task completion.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy across all assigned tasks.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in administrative or virtual assistant roles.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and/or Microsoft Office tools.
Basic understanding of bookkeeping or financial tracking (QuickBooks experience a plus).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
