We're looking for a sharp and driven Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Specialist to support our fast-paced hiring efforts across R&D, Product, Business, and more.
You’ll be a true partner to hiring managers, owning every stage of the hiring process: from role definition and sourcing to interviews and closing. You’ll also collaborate with external recruiters when needed, and help build a hiring culture that’s fast, thoughtful, and candidate-centric.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, process management, and closing
- Drive deep sourcing efforts to identify, engage, and attract top talent across tech, product, and business roles - using LinkedIn, social media, networking, and creative channels.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
- Manage relationships with external recruitment partners, when relevant
- Own the candidate experience, ensuring high-quality, human-centered interactions
- Track and manage candidates in our ATS and internal systems
- Act as a strategic advisor throughout the hiring process
- Continuously optimize recruitment workflows and best practices
- 2+ years of experience in tech recruitment - must
- Experience running full-cycle hiring processes independently
- Strong sourcing skills, with proven experience in LinkedIn headhunting
- Comfortable recruiting for both tech and business roles
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Hebrew and English
- Experience working with ATS and recruitment platforms
- Experience recruiting in fintech or financial companies
- Familiarity with AI tools for sourcing and recruiting
- Background in scaling or fast-paced environments
- Exposure to employer branding or candidate experience initiatives
- Familiarity with the BOB system is an advantage
