A leading SaaS startup is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Software Project Manager to lead a large-scale, strategic project with significant business impact.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end software projects — from planning and design to development, testing, and delivery.
- Coordinate between R&D, Product, Design, QA, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure project delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
- Define project goals, KPIs, and success metrics in alignment with company strategy.
- Implement Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) and continuously optimize workflows.
- Identify risks and drive proactive solutions.
- 4–5+ years of experience managing complex software projects.
- Proven experience in SaaS environments – advantage.
- Solid technical background and ability to communicate effectively with developers and engineers.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- High level of English – written and spoken.
