Job Description
This dynamic role combines creative social media management with essential virtual assistant duties for a premium beauty services provider. You’ll be instrumental in building the brand’s digital presence while supporting day-to-day operations. Using modern tools like Canva and various social media platforms, you’ll create engaging content that educates and attracts potential clients while maintaining smooth administrative operations. Responsibilities
- Design and create engaging Instagram content, including educational carousels and promotional posts
- Develop professional client aftercare materials using Canva
- Manage and organize digital assets through Google Drive
- Handle daily administrative tasks and email communications
- Create compelling social media content explaining various cosmetic procedures
- Process and optimize client photos and videos for social media use
- Generate performance reports on advertising and conversion metrics (after initial 6-month period)
- Maintain clear communication with management, providing daily updates by 5 PM
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, particularly Instagram
- Proficiency with Canva and content creation tools
- Strong administrative and organizational capabilities
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Self-motivated with strong time management abilities
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with beauty industry terminology preferred
