We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead our search engine optimization strategy, drive organic growth, and enhance online visibility across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with a deep understanding of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and content optimization strategies. This role demands both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
1. SEO Strategy & Execution
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals.
- Conduct detailed keyword research to identify high-value opportunities for content and product optimization.
- Optimize website structure, metadata, content, and landing pages for target keywords to maximize visibility in search results.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO and search marketing.
2. Technical SEO
- Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed pages.
- Perform regular technical audits to identify crawl issues, indexation errors, and site speed bottlenecks.
- Manage structured data (schema markup), site architecture, and internal linking strategies to enhance site performance.
- Ensure mobile-friendliness, page experience, and Core Web Vitals compliance across web properties.
3. Content Optimization
- Partner with the content and marketing teams to guide keyword-focused content creation and on-page optimization.
- Review and optimize existing content to improve organic performance and relevance.
- Develop strategies for link building, content outreach, and authority building.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO performance metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog to generate insights and actionable recommendations.
- Present performance insights and growth opportunities to senior leadership on a regular basis.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, marketing, and technology teams to ensure SEO initiatives align with company objectives.
- Provide guidance and training to internal teams to foster SEO awareness and adoption across departments.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 5–9 years of proven SEO experience with measurable results in improving organic visibility and conversions.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and BrightEdge.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, keyword research methodologies, and content optimization.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Webflow).
- Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of local SEO, international SEO, and E-A-T (Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) principles is a plus.
