As a Senior Program Manager within Brand Expression/Creative Services, this position brings seasoned judgment, strategic foresight and executional excellence to a role that operates at multiple altitudes simultaneously. This position demands agility, functioning as a strategic partner in shaping brand marketing plans while also managing the detailed execution of creative campaigns and services. The Sr. Program Manager will leverage a broad and adaptable range of skill sets to lead initiatives ranging from Tier 1 brand advertising to evergreen, cross-organizational creative support. This position’s ability to navigate complexity, synthesize insights and drive clarity across teams ensures that Providence’s brand positioning and values are consistently and compellingly expressed in market-facing strategies. This senior-level program position is critical to delivering high-impact creative work that supports service-line growth, enhances brand recall and drives system-wide engagement. It requires not only deep experience in program and campaign management but also the ability to make informed decisions, influence and support stakeholders and steward the brand with precision and care.
Essential Functions:
Strategic Program Planning and Optimization
- Deliver unified brand creative platforms and campaigns that reflect Providence’s mission, vision, values and promise.
- Collaborate with product and service-line marketing owners to support Tier 1-5 creative strategy and stewardship.
- Partner with external agencies to develop go-to-market strategies and creative campaigns aligned to local, regional and national objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend data-driven optimizations to improve ROMI and top-of-funnel impact.
- Ensure creative plans resonate with target audiences and reinforce Providence’s brand positioning and values.
- Support the Director, Brand Expression in analyzing campaign data and performance metrics to assess ROI and KPI achievement.
Creative Services Integration and Execution
- Serve as the central point of intake for creative work within Creative Services, ensuring requests are scoped, prioritized and routed efficiently.
- Lead and deliver high-impact campaigns from kickoff through delivery, including strategic alignment decks, timelines, RAID logs, RACI’s and workback plans.
- Coordinate with MDeX, media, creative, comms, etc teams to ensure timely delivery and trafficking of assets across digital, social and traditional channels.
- Support evergreen creative services including campaign design, concepting, collateral creation and video production oversight.
- Collaborate with Brand Strategy on ad hoc design system needs related to regional/ministry brand unification, joint ventures, etc.
- Ensure consistent use of Providence brand guidelines and steward creative standards across all initiatives.
Cross-Functional Program Leadership
- Act as a liaison between brand teams, MDeX and internal stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment and effectiveness.
- Present brand plans and campaigns to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to optimize outcomes.
- Collaborate with media to drive traffic efficacy, optimization and market performance.
- Help source and vet ad agencies, vendors and production partners as part of the preferred vendor model.
- Research and assess feasibility of emerging media and tools, including AI, to enhance creative capabilities.
Performance Measures
- Volume and impact of campaigns supported.
- Timely turnaround and delivery of creative assets.
- Engagement and utilization of the Creative Services center of excellence.
- Participation in media mix modeling and measurable creative performance.
- Adherence to brand and creative guidelines, including exception reporting and updates.

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in managing multiple complex high profile projects simultaneously, and driving towards successful results.
Preferred qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in identifying and leading initiatives in a large multi-region or matrixes/divisional, complex organization.
- In addition, consulting background is also beneficial for experience in a high production, deadline-oriented professional work environment requiring multi-tasking, flexibility, and self-directed work.
- Previous experience in Health Care.
