Senior Legal Counsel

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Senior Legal Counsel to join our Legal Division.

• Provide legal support for the mMarketing  Division.
• Monitor regulatory developments, assess implications, and draft position papers.
• Advise on a broad range of banking and financial regulatory matters.
• Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements.
• Support internal teams with clear, business-focused legal guidance

• 5+ years of experience as a lawyer in a leading law firm, bank,  major financial institution or big Fintech company.
• Proven experience providing legal support in marketing & advertising.
• Strong background in banking and financial regulation (experience in securities - an advantage).
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Team player with strong business orientation and attention to details.
