Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Social Media Buyer Lead, you will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and performance monitoring of digital campaigns across platforms like Meta and TikTok, along with emerging social channels. Your role will involve fine-tuning campaign setups, continuously optimising performance, and proactively addressing potential issues before they arise.
We seek someone with a keen eye for strategic innovation, using platform management tools and AI-driven insights to push the boundaries of campaign optimisation. You will also collaborate with account management teams to translate data into compelling client reports that showcase campaign success and strategic impact.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Campaign Execution
• Develop and implement advanced media buying strategies that align with our go-to-market approach, ensuring optimal performance.
• Focus on Meta and TikTok, effectively managing ad spend to maximise ROI and reach business objectives.
Budget & Performance Management
• Oversee budget allocation across platforms to maintain cost efficiency and campaign impact.
• Ensure seamless delivery of campaign budgets and targets in line with client expectations.
• Track key performance indicators, implementing tactics to continuously enhance results.
Data Analysis & Reporting
• Collaborate with account management to analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights.
• Create in-depth reports that go beyond numbers, telling a data-driven story to demonstrate value and campaign effectiveness.
Cross-Team Coordination
• Partner with account management teams to handle RFPs, campaign planning, pricing models, and execution strategies, ensuring a competitive market position.
• Work with international teams to streamline workflows and exceed client expectations.
Tech-Driven Optimisation
• Utilise AI-powered tools and platform management technologies for multi-platform campaign adjustments and performance enhancements.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure campaigns leverage the latest innovations.
Minimum Requirements:
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in health and wellness industry is required
Social Media Expertise
• 3-5+ years of experience in paid social media advertising, with a proven ability to drive performance-based results.
• Previous experience at a tech publisher or digital agency is a plus.
Platform Proficiency
• Advanced knowledge of Meta, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Strong expertise in bidding models, campaign execution, and optimisation
techniques.
Organisational & Analytical Skills
• Highly detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects without compromising quality.
• Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to turn complex metrics into actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, calculations, and data visualisation.
Communication & Collaboration
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to clearly convey social media strategies to clients and work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
Certifications
• Meta and TikTok certifications are a significant advantage.
