JOB DESCRIPTION:
The HR Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and performing hands-on HR operations, particularly in manual timekeeping, payroll processing, and employee benefits administration. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a deep understanding of end-to-end HR processes. The ideal candidate is proficient in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets, and can develop and implement process improvements and automation to enhance HR efficiency. Prior experience in the BPO industry within the Clark Freeport Zone is highly preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and perform manual timekeeping, ensuring accurate recording and validation of attendance and work hours.
Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, including computation, review, and timely release of employee salaries.
Administer employee benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other company-provided benefits.
Ensure accurate government reports related to compliance, payroll, and benefits.
Maintain and update employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems and files.
Prepare and analyze payroll and attendance reports for management.
Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and attendance concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Develop and implement process improvements and automation tools using Google Sheets and other Google Workspace applications.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and other HR functions as required.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal HR standards.
Collaborate with management to enhance HR operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience in manual timekeeping, payroll processing, and employee benefits administration.
Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
Proficient in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets, with the ability to create templates, automate reports, and improve HR processes.
Experience in the BPO industry, preferably within the Clark Freeport Zone, is an advantage.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work onsite at Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.
