Description
Digital Remedy, a performance marketing partner, is seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. This individual will play a key role in supporting the creation of compelling visual assets that elevate our brand and drive performance across channels. From marketing collateral and sales support materials to ad creative and website design, the Graphic Designer will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver polished, impactful design work that adds real value to our go-to-market efforts. This position can be remote. 

This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of corporate design experience who’s ready to take ownership of design initiatives, contribute creatively, and work closely with our Senior Designer to evolve and maintain a consistent, high-quality visual identity. Experience in ad tech or B2B SaaS is a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and produce high-quality visual assets across a range of formats including PDFs, presentations, social graphics, digital ads, email templates, and more.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Designer and VP of Marketing to bring the Digital Remedy brand to life across every touchpoint.
  • Support the design and maintenance of the Digital Remedy website, ensuring a strong UX and cohesive branding throughout.
  • Translate content and campaign goals into eye-catching visuals that resonate with target audiences.
  • Contribute to thought leadership efforts by designing visuals for webinars, podcasts, whitepapers, and reports.
  • Create branded templates, swag, event materials, and other collateral as needed.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
  • Uphold brand standards while pushing for creative excellence and innovation.
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Degree or certification in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of in-house or agency experience in a fast-paced, business-focused environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing commercial work across digital, print, and web design.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools.
  • Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS and CMS platforms a plus.
  • Experience with email marketing software
  • Experience with video creation and editing
  • Comfortable designing assets for B2B marketing campaigns and sales enablement.
  • A strong eye for visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and consistency.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a proactive approach to feedback and revisions.
  • Experience in ad tech or performance marketing preferred but not required.

The base salary compensation range for this role is $55,000 to $65,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates’ relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan
