SEGULA Technologies Mexico is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer with a strong background in data analysis for quality issues in the automotive sector, particularly in electronic systems. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about problem-solving, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement in vehicle quality.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing customer quality concerns, conducting survey and warranty data analysis, and supporting root cause investigations at both vehicle and subsystem levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer quality data, focusing on electronic systems and components.
- Perform survey analysis to identify trends and systemic issues affecting customer satisfaction.
- Conduct warranty data analysis to detect recurring failures and support corrective actions.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues at the vehicle and subsystem level, especially in electrical and electronic domains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, suppliers) to implement effective solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical reports and presentations in English for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of quality standards.
- Travel as needed to customer or project sites.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis for quality issues in the automotive industry, with a focus on electronic systems.
- Hands-on experience in vehicle-level and subsystem-level problem solving.
- Familiarity with warranty analysis tools and methodologies is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel as required by project needs.
