  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products or services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Order Assistance: Process orders, refunds, exchanges, and handle billing or account-related queries.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and issues in the company’s CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer support.

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency with customer service tools and technology (e.g., CRM systems, live chat platforms).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
