Are you passionate about turning insights into action and driving meaningful user experiences? We’re looking for a hands-on CRO Product Owner to lead the charge on optimizing our websites through data-driven experimentation.
In this role, you'll take ownership of the full A/B testing lifecycle—bringing fresh ideas to the table, executing impactful tests, analyzing results, and documenting learnings that fuel continuous improvement. You'll work side by side with designers, content writers and developers to uncover what works, what doesn’t, and why.
You’ll also contribute to competitor and funnel analysis, helping us better understand where users drop off and how we compare in the market. Own the full A/B testing lifecycle: ideation, setup, execution, analysis, and documentation
Collaborate closely with design, content, and IT teams to implement test ideas efficiently
Write clear user stories and technical tasks for developers, with defined success criteria
Own and maintain the analytics setup across multiple websites
Perform funnel and competitor analysis to inform testing opportunities
Use web analytics tools to generate actionable insights and prioritize test ideas
Draw actionable insights from test results and create a library of documented learnings
Prioritize and run tests that contribute to conversion improvements and business growth
Experience in Conversion Optimizaiton, digital experimentation, or performance marketing
Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely) and tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Matomo)
Strong understanding of web analytics and user behavior metrics
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear, testable ideas
Comfortable writing technical specs or user stories for development teams
Detail-oriented, conscientious, and confident in making decisions
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Fluent in English; German is a plus
