DESCRIPTION
- Role: Community Manager (Influencer Programs)
- Type: Full-time, Remote (PST collaboration)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard PST business hours
- Compensation: USD $1,300–$1,700 monthly (DOE)
We are seeking a Community Manager (Influencer Programs) to lead social engagement and manage influencer and gifting campaigns that build trust and measurable growth. You’ll collaborate with marketing leaders and creators to deliver on visibility, compliance, and community outcomes. You will own sourcing and vetting of creators, run end-to-end seeding logistics, and connect performance to business metrics.
Core Outcomes
- Source, vet, and activate aligned creators and ambassadors
- Run gifting/seeding operations: shipments, posting follow-ups, ROI tracking
- Maintain daily community engagement with timely, authentic responses
- Report ER%, posting rate, CTR/conversions with clear insights
- Enforce FTC and platform compliance in all creator content
RequirementsREQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in influencer or community program management
- Hands-on execution with Instagram and TikTok campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications
- Campaign tracking with UTMs or analytics platforms
- Knowledge of FTC endorsement and disclosure requirements
- Remote work with at least a 3-hour overlap to PST
